Any type of cancer is the result of damage or genetic mutations in our DNA. It mainly affects the way in which our cells grow or divide, transforming them in a perverse way.

These cells multiply and become tumors (sometimes uncontrollable) and can spread throughout the body.

Although some types of cancer are beyond our control, the truth is that there are others that are produced by taking a series of bad decisions, such as smoking.

Even there are other products such as coffee or grilled meat that can increase the chances of contracting this disease, or at least that is what Business Insider says after gathering a series of investigations.
