They tend to complicate relationships by presenting an infinity of problems: aggression, insecurity when making decisions, negativity …
Normally, they are not the most profitable clients and what they contribute to the company does not compensate for the work and effort that must be dedicated to them.
THEY ARE DEMANDING
They are accustomed to constantly interrupting the daily tasks of the staff with their doubts and problems.
THEY CANNOT LISTEN
They only listen to what suits them and do not listen to reasons or dialogues.
MONOPOLIZE OUR TIME
They think that we have all the time in the world to take care of them, without caring that there are more clients.
THEY ARE DISCOURAGED
They are always alert and in constant surveillance of what we say and do.
THEY ARE UNCONSCIOUS
When we have to apologize for something, they have a selfish and very un-conciliatory attitude.
THEY ARE UNFAIR IN RELATIONSHIPS
They have no sentimental relationship with the company and often present a broad curriculum of companies where they have left their mark.
THEY ARE HEAVY
They overwhelm with comments, innuendo, complaints, visits, petitions, et cetera. Come on, some real plomazos.
LOOKING FOR SHORT TERM
Its commercial interest does not usually go beyond speculative operations or that are carried out at the moment.
