As executives or entrepreneurs, aspiring to become the leaders of our teams is not a negligible goal, but not only requires having a great specific knowledge of the field we are talking about, but also the ability to lead a team without bias of any kind .

1. Know when to make decisions

A true leader makes decisions both for himself and in relation to the team he leads. You will not always have all the time necessary to make those important decisions but you need to know what is the “right time” to take them … otherwise if you stop doing it for a while, this will have negative effects on the team you lead.

2. Build trust in your team

To be a good leader you need to take into account all the inputs of your team. Whenever possible, meet with your team and discuss and discuss issues related to them and shared goals. In this way members feel important and develop a relationship of loyalty to you as a leader.

3. Be Responsible
